Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bellyloft. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We keep our shipping simple and transparent. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $13.50 Flat Rate

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–13 business days

Note: "Delivery Time" represents the time in transit after the order has been processed and dispatched. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8–16 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bellyloft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Contact@Bellyloft.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will need photos to process a replacement or refund for you.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft; however, we will do our best to assist you in locating it.
