Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my order? Most orders are delivered within 7–13 business days after our 1–3 day processing period. If your order was placed recently, please allow this timeframe for delivery.
Where can I find my tracking number? Your tracking number is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it yet, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Can I change my shipping address? If you noticed a mistake in your address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped (1–3 days), we are unfortunately unable to change the destination.
